What We Do

— SUSTAINABLE AGRICULTURE & AGRIBUSINESS
Promoting climate-smart farming techniques to improve crop yields and soil health. Facilitating access to improved seeds, organic fertilizers, and efficient irrigation.
Training women and youth farmers in post-harvest management and value addition to reduce waste and increase income. Supporting the development of women and youth farmer cooperatives and creating market linkages for agricultural produce.

— EDUCATION & SKILLS DEVELOPMENT
Providing foundational literacy and numeracy programmes for children, out-of-school youth and adults. Offering basic educational needs and vocational training in high-demand trades (e.g., tailoring, carpentry, mobile phone repair). Running agribusiness entrepreneurship programs for young farmers. Establishing and supporting community libraries and digital literacy centers.

— HEALTH FOR LIFE
Conducting preventative health education on nutrition, maternal and child health, sanitation (WASH), and infectious diseases. Facilitating community-based health screenings and immunization drives. Promoting the cultivation and consumption of nutritious foods from household gardens. Strengthening linkages between communities and local healthcare facilities.

— LIVESTOCK FOR LIVELIHOOD
Improving animal husbandry practices through training in veterinary care, feeding, and shelter. Distributing small livestock (e.g., goats, poultry, sheep) to vulnerable households as a starting asset. Establishing community animal health worker networks to provide basic veterinary services. Developing value chains for livestock products

Amplifying the voices of rural communities to local and national governments on issues of land rights, fair pricing, and access to services.
Campaigning for policies that support smallholder farmers, pastoralists, and rural women. Raising public awareness about the challenges and opportunities in rural development. Building the capacity of community-based organizations to engage in effective dialogue and hold leaders accountable
